1. 2. The format, mode and resolution of the image; check the image link to ensure that there is no shortage of images, ensure that the image format is in a common format (TIF, EPS, etc.), and ensure that the image or color block is in the CMYK four-color printing mode (RGB RIP color separation) The mode will be grayed out), make sure the resolution of the image is suitable for printing requirements, and do not scale the image too much.

3. Overprint and overprint color; pay attention to whether some black text and lines are set to overprint (color separation check whether hollow), black text is monochrome black, to avoid four-color text; in addition, if it is a manual logo model, be sure to confirm Four primary colors.

4. Imposition and marking; understand the binding method of the document, ensure that the imposition is folded correctly, and the imposition large page should have the finished line, registration line, (fold line, spine line - used for folding and perfect binding book cover) The required marks such as step ruler and color identification; bleed in place.

5. Bleeding and graphic margins; bleeding graphic should be in place (usually 3mm, sometimes 2mm-5mm due to paper size or post-press processing conditions), and the graphic in the layout should keep a certain distance from the finished line. so as not to be truncated or affect the appearance of the page.

6. Spacing and chromatic aberration between pictures and text; ensure that the picture does not press the text (in some typesetting software, when the picture imposition or re-insertion is performed, the mutual exclusion of the picture and the text often fails, so that the picture is pressed on the text); Guarantee The clarity of the text on the base map (when the text is pressed on the base map of the desired color, pay attention to modifications such as adding shadows or outlines).

Precautions for custom book prepress output

1) Text, borders and color fills in RGB mode in CorelDraw6.0/8.0/9.0 must be converted to CMYK color mode. If you have used the POWERCLIP (Image Precise Clipping) effect in CorelDraw, please indicate when sending.

2) In CorelDraw8.0/9.0, if the image in PSD format is rotated, the TIF image has redundant channels, which is easy to cause image damage. Please convert the image to bitmap in CorelDraw and try to use TIFF format when sending. And watch a preview of the RIP. If there is a problem that the PSD format image is not converted, the company will not be responsible for the consequences of filming, please use it with caution.

3) The effect used in CorelDraw8.0/9.0, please convert it into bitmap, if there is any problem without conversion, our company is not responsible, please use it with caution. CorelDraw8.0 grayscale PSD mode pictures, the film is overprinted and must be converted to CMYK color mode.

4) Please generate a PS file for distribution of Founder files. If there are additional words, please indicate. Mengtai files, please use the Mengtai font library when publishing.

5) Word files cannot be sent in color, but can be spelled in large format, which is easy to drop words and pictures. After previewing and confirming, it should be viewed on the RIP.

6) PageMaker6.0/6.5 files, TIFF format pictures are easy to stretch, please use EPS color separation format. Founder fonts are easily damaged, please do not use them.

7) Please do not store other files in the MO, CD or hard disk used by the customer for output, and make a backup. In the event of accidental damage or loss, the company is only responsible for repairing or indemnifying the MO disk, CD or hard disk, and is not responsible for its contents. .

8) All files output by our company can be stored for up to 24 hours. If you find any problems with the video, please submit it within 24 hours after shooting the video, we will not be responsible for it.

9) Customer is final inspection. After the film production is completed, please proof the sample before printing, or proof the sample before producing the film. If the delivery and arrangement are wrong, the company does not assume any joint responsibility except for the video.
